Christmas is coming! :D

Yep, can't wait. Only a little more then a week left and it's here again. AGAIN! I can't believe how fast each and every year goes by. Before I know it, I'm gonna be done with school again and getting ready for 12th grade. Oh boy... But other then that, the Bills have done for the second time in my life. They've successfully managed to start a season with a 5-2 record and blow it again by losing 6 straight games. SIX!!! Dejavou says that this has happened before with our other QB Trent Edwards (A.K.A. Captain Check Down) wherein we actually started the season the same way, 5-2, ended 7-9. I wonder how long it's going to take for them to actually make it to at least the playoffs. How many more times can I just live with "There's always next season." Before long, I'm just gonna give up watching the Bills even play because they just upset me. I'll never like another team other then the Bills, but I'll just stop watching them play until they actually learn how to play football. But I gaurentee (to get off topic) that next week is going to go by very fast. Hope Christmas break doesn't go by too fast.

I'm not sure what to write?

Thanksgiving was cool.  Got together with the family and had a good time but the rest of my weekend was pretty dull.  And to top it off the Bills didn't even win.  They almost did, but almost doesn't count when your talking about wins and losses in the NFL.  Bummer about that and now we went from a 5-2 start to 5-6.  Correct if I'm wrong, but that's a 4 game losing streak.  Jeeze, and I thought that we were doing something this season.  Well, it's water under the bridge and were not exactly dead in this season either.  I mean, we would have to win our last 5 games of the season which doesn't seem very likely.  Well look at the bright side, there is always next season. :) 

MOAR STUF!

Another week of animation and I'm beginning to think that I may not finish my story.  I don't know though it is possible.  Looking forward to our 2 day week next week.  Long weekends are always nice.  Happy to know that we have a short week.  Didn't really learn anything new this week and 3D should be fun.  Nice short blog this week.

Hoping for the best.

Nervous about Sunday because this particular Bills game against the Jets is very important.  Our record is 5-2 but their record is 4-3 and the Patriots record is also 5-2 so if we were to lose to the Jets on Sunday that would essentially tie us with the Jets at 5-3 and that would put us behind the Jets and the Patriots regardless if they also lose on Sunday does that make any sense?  Regardless, I really shouldn't be nervous.  The Jets' offense isn't exactly good and their run defense is actually pretty bad and with how well Fred Jackson is running the ball this season averaging the most yards per game out of any back and Ryan Fitzpatrick is the least sacked QB in the league, we just need our defense to play like they did against the Redskins last Sunday and this game won't even be a worry at all.  But our defense is like a light, sometimes they're on and sometimes they're not.  Hopefully they're on again for this Sunday's game because if not, then we're in some big trouble.  On that note, this week I learned how to make a walking motion seem a lot more smooth then how I would initially do it.  I really don't have and idea on what I would eventually like to learn so I'll leave that one alone for now.  Nothing really frustrated me this week either so I'm happy.  Four day week next week, can't wait.

Blog

For a short week it was kind of boring.  Didn't really learn anything new this week and I don't really have anything on my mind right now that I would like to learn.  Maybe using audio on my flash vids would be pretty cool.  Nothing really frustrated me this week either but not having a lot of homework always makes me happy.  Besides that, the Bills are on a role right now at 4-1 after beating the Eagles 31-24.  They got the Giants this Sunday at 1:00 if anyone is interested and I'm pretty sure that they'll win with how they're playing now.  And even if they lose, going into their bye week at 4-2 is not bad at all.  I just hope that they stay ahead of the Patriots in the division and maybe even sweep them this year which would be even better.  Hopefully we're looking at 5-1 at the bye this year.  I have a feeling that the playoffs are going to be a definite thing this year.  GO BILLS!!!

COME ON BUFFALO!!!

If there is one thing that I hate more than anything in the world is that when the Bills do amazing one week against a team that no one thinks they'll beat and than lose to a team that's much worse than them.  That makes me sad.  And this week they've got to face off against the Eagles who are 1-3 and something tells me that if we lose this game than everyone's gonna think that we were just a little lucky the first 3 games of the season and people are quickly going to get disinterested in the Bills.  3-1 yes, but I'm still nervous about the rest of the season.  In terms of how we played last season and in terms of how difficult our schedule is this season, we're definitely going to have to play tough football if we even want to hope for a playoff spot.  I'm nervous, but optimistic.  Now, what have I learned this week?  Working on my flash projects and multitasking on my multitude of assignments has taught me how to be exceptionally independent at flash, but not even close to a master.  That won't happen for quite some time.  Maybe I should get this program for my computer at home, that I can goof around on it and maybe even teach myself a few more things that I can use in class.  Now as for what I would like to learn it would definitely be how to make audio on my flash videos, I just think that would be awesome!  If your curious as to what frustrated me this week, please reread the whole ramble at the top of the blog, trust me, you'd understand if you were a football fan for those that are not.  As for what made me happy this week, well I really don't know.  Quite a few things made me happy this week.  First off I got into applied trig which is SO helpful, very happy about that.  Secondly, I made a youtube account FINALLY!!!  It took me long enough to do it and I finally did so now I'm for surely going to be posting things on there like video game playthrough's and me and my band playing our covers of other bands.  As for the third thing that made me happy this week (or should I say is going to make me happy) is that I'm going over my friends house for his birthday party.  Can't wait till this day is over, well school at least.  

Why I named it loving metal.

If you guys are wondering why I named my blog that, it's because I really love metal.  To me, it's the only genre that actually puts energy into a crowd.  Metal concerts tend to have a lot of awesome effects and I would know, I've been to one before (Metallica to be exact) and it was AWESOME!!!  I wish they would come to Buffalo more often but they haven't since then.  All I really listen to is metal.  Other genres bore me or make my ears bleed (country and rap...ewwwww).  But, I guess it all depends on your personal opinion on the matter.  But what really makes me mad is when someone says that metal takes no talent to play.  Obviously, it does take talent because without it, how do these bands like Metallica, Slayer, Annihilator, Volbeat, etc. get as popular and famous as they have.  Because they had talent at what they did.  I mean, me and a few friends are influenced by these great bands.  We started a band ourselves and personally, I think we sound pretty good.  If your wondering, I play the drums and for someone to say that it takes no talent to play metal, they've obviously never tried before themselves.

This game is REALLY scary.  It's actually been called the scariest game ever made and it is understandable why it's considered so.  However, if your not the one playing it, then it's more funny than scary because watching other peoples reactions is hilarious.  Check this video out this guy pretty funny.

Week 3 of Animation

Is it just me or do these weeks seem to fly by at a very fast speed?  Well, it looks like this year is going to go by very fast.  I learned quite a few things this week.  Flash seemed very complicated at first but after being given the tutorials it made it a lot more understandable and fun.  What I personally would like to learn in the future is how to make two to three minute long videos.  I just think that would be so much fun especially if the video comes out very well.  On that note, math really bugs me.  I doubt I'm the only one in the class, but I find math to be very tough and confusing and also, kind of useless at times.  I mean, some of the stuff we have to learn in math is ridiculous.  Are we ever going to actually need half the stuff we learn in math?  I personally don't think so.  Which is the main reason I decided to switch from algebra two/trig to the applied course because I suck at math.  But even though I won't be switched over into the class until Monday, I know that I'm going to have an easier time once I do switch.  But aside from school, what I thought was probably going to be the game of the week turned out to be more than that.  The 2-0 Bills took on the 2-0 Patriots at home and were down 21-10 going into the half.  Just another Bills vs. Patriots game again I thought. But than the Bills came back and surprisingly won over the Patriots!  Needless to say I was very happy.  But now they take on a 1-2 Bengals team who has one of the best defenses in the NFL right now.  I hope our defense can come through this game, we're probably going to need them to even though our offense is just about ranked first in the league.  Keep your fingers crossed for a great 4-0 start from our Buffalo Bills.  I hope they win, after all, they beat the Patriots.  If you beat the Patriots, you can just about beat any team out there.  In my time as an avid Bills fan, I've never once witnessed them in a playoff game.  Maybe, just maybe, this is the year.

What I learned this week!

This being my first week at Boces, I wasn't expecting to learn a lot.  Heck, I wasn't even expecting that I would even get into the animation course at all.  But I digress.  Me and my classmates learned how to utilize adobe illustrator and we were also taught how to scan this week.  But I wonder how fun it would be to be able to create a moving character on the computer that I can call my own.  However, one thing that frustrated me this week was probably the vast amount of papers I had to sign including the fact that I got into Boces late which warranted me having to try and catch up with the class.  Hopefully, the rest of the year isn't as hectic as this week was.  On that note, I shouldn't be Mr. Gloom and Doom about little things like that, this week wasn't that bad.  Hey, I got in did't I?  I didn't think I was going to even make it to Boces.  But at least I'm here.  Plus the Buffalo Bills won their first game of the season with a strong 1-0 start beating the Kansas City Chiefs 41-7.  I'm just wondering why they can't play like that all the time!
