Three things I didn't know before:
1.) That the director really doesn't do a whole lot in terms of the making of the film.
2.) How much effort really goes into the film making process in terms of all the people you need to make a standout film.
3.) That being the director has it's advantages and disadvantages such as being able to be the one to say that the film was your idea and that it wouldn't have happened if you didn't speak that idea or not really having a huge roll in the production of said film.
Two opinions I had:
1.) I liked all the tips they put into this article about how to be a great director for your film.
2.) I disliked how they pointed out that a director doesn't do a lot in terms of the development of a film because I feel like that might discourage some people into not pursuing a career as a director.
